TEVARIS

Tevaris, a leader among his people, welcomed SG-1 to the medieval village on his planet. He reported that a Prior had visited his world, but although he had spoken of Origin and salvation and eternal life, he had uncharacteristically not made any threats, and the people were willing to listen and learn, as they were willing to accept SG-1's offer of help should they choose to resist. When the Prior returned, however, SG-1 discovered that the Prior was Daniel, and as he preached to Tevaris and his people, he was suddenly beamed away as SG-1 tried to capture and restore him.
