OMOC

Councilor Omoc was the leader of the Tollan refugees who were rescued by SG-1 from the destruction of their homeworld, Tollan. Highly suspicious of the motives of the SGC, he considered Earth to be primitive, and refused to share Tollan technology. As a member of the Tollan Curia on the new homeworld of Tollana, Councilor Omoc favored isolationist ways, but he was murdered to open the way for a shift in policy that would allow the trade of technology, and which eventually led to the destruction of the planet by the Goa'uld.
