COLONEL KENNEDY

Colonel Kennedy, on assignment from the Pentagon, was sent to interrogate Teal'c upon his initial arrival at the SGC. He recommended against the risky surgery to remove the Goa'uld symbiote from Kawalsky, and planned to take both Kawalsky and Teal'c back to Langley as aliens for study by US military intelligence. Hammond intervened, however, and Kennedy's orders were reversed by the President. When Kennedy was promoted, he was replaced by Colonel Maybourne.
