KALAN

Kalan, one of the leading adults of the planet Orban, participated in a cultural exchange with Earth. He strongly defended the use of nanites and the averium as a means of learning on his planet, even for his son, Tomin. However, he also discovered the value of education from the nanites he received from Merrin's averium, and vowed to continue to teach past-urrone children.
